Who we are
We research complex challenges and design solutions to living. Not for the world we know today, but for the one we envision for tomorrow. Our team is made up of 24 value-driven people with diverse skill sets from 12 countries. We have varied backgrounds, life stories, life futures, areas of expertise and personal preferences — and we celebrate that diversity.
Our headquarters are located in Copenhagen, Denmark; but our outlook encompasses the world. As our work expands to different cultures and regions, we want our workplace to reflect that at all levels. In our small team, every member is a key contributor to our work and company culture.
What we value
We strive to be playful and remain humble. We are fueled by curiosity and optimism. We believe collaboration beats competition and we work closely with a wide network of collaborators. We do most of our work in small independent teams and value autonomous decision-making. We care about each other and encourage candid feedback with positive intent. Though we tackle serious issues, we likely wouldn’t be described as serious people. We like to laugh and we do it often.
For us, equity and inclusion are not only about doing the right thing — they’re central to how we approach our work. Wide-ranging perspectives are necessary for addressing global issues. That’s why we pride ourselves on creating a workplace that fosters a strong sense of belonging while celebrating differences.
We bring our whole selves to work and we want you to as well.

How we select our people
When selecting each new co-worker, we form a committee to ensure that we look at candidates from multiple perspectives. We evaluate applications based on a set criteria — this helps us eliminate as much bias as possible.
We invite candidates who pass our initial pre-selection for 2-to-3 interviews, and we will contact provided references. Most times, you will be asked to complete an assignment. We highly value the perspective of each potential team member, and this gives us an opportunity to better understand your approach and thought process. At the end of the day, this is about getting to know each other — it makes the hiring process more like a conversation.
