Workshops for knitters of all levels. Come and share your knitting hacks or learn a few new ones.
Benedicte Holmboe, founder of knitting kit company Para Moda, is hosting a series of workshops at SPACE10 teaching new knitters essential skills and allowing more experienced knitters to expand their practice. During these sessions, Benedicte will demonstrate how to cast on and get started, as well as special techniques from Para Moda designs. Basic materials will be provided, but if you have your own wool and needles, bring them along.
There will be three knitting workshops with Para Moda, on 26 April, 25 May, and 14 June. These events, held in SPACE10’s Library, are centred on sharing new skills with our community and promoting sustainability. We hope to see you there!
Benedicte Holmboe is a professional knitwear designer with more than 10 years experience working with international fashion houses like Céline, Ralph Lauren, and Stella McCartney.
