Future Food Today at SPACE10 Gallery

Copenhagen, SPACE10 Gallery 09:30 - 17:00 CEST 14.06.19 - 29.06.19

SPACE10 is pleased to invite you to the opening of ‘Future Food Today: Bringing Together Food, Science, Art and Technology’—a group exhibition where food becomes more than just something you eat.

About the exhibition

Based on SPACE10’s explorations into sustainable and delicious food and ahead of the launch of our first-ever cookbook, we wanted to create an exhibition that paints food in an imaginative and novel light to help spark discussions around food and the future.

In this exhibition, you’ll find a diverse series of projects that explore food as a canvas for technology, art, science and everything in between. In this space, food becomes more than fuel for your body—which hopefully inspires ourselves and others to challenge our perceptions around what food can be.

Future Food Today—SPACE10’s first cookbook

Future Food Today is a collection of delicious, sustainable and future-proof recipes that help us eat better, for ourselves and the planet.

It’s SPACE10’s first cookbook, with recipes we’ve improved in our test kitchen to make sure that each dish expresses our core beliefs about food.

Alongside the recipes, Future Food Today includes guides to producing and sourcing food locally and sustainably with the help of alternative ingredients and technology.

Aspirational and practical, Future Food Today gives its readers the tools they need to experiment with sustainable, healthy and delicious recipes in their own kitchens.

It’s being released this spring—so although you won’t be able to buy a copy at the exhibition, you’ll get a sneak peek of some of the visuals and recipes.

Exhibition hours

After the opening, the ‘Future Food Today’ exhibition lasts until May 18th. Find the opening hours below:
